The sebaceous gland connects each pore and excess sebum from the sebaceous gland that clogs the pores, leading to P. acnes' growth.  The bacteria are alien to the body; therefore, white blood cells attack them, thereby causing acne and inflammation.  Bear in mind that this skin condition differs in terms of severity.  Some of the symptoms that you should keep an eye on include pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads.
