Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, it’s the perfect time to reflect, set new goals, and focus on what truly matters—ourselves. Every year, I write about two main topics, but this time, I want to expand and dive deeper into something I believe is incredibly important: self-care.
Too often, we push ourselves to keep going, even when we’re tired or overwhelmed. I know I’m guilty of this—filling my days with tasks and forgetting to take a moment to breathe, rest, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. But this year, I’m committing to doing more for myself. And I encourage you to do the same.

One of my goals this year is to allow myself more breaks, especially midday, to recharge. Whether that’s a quick nap, a peaceful moment with a cup of tea, or even a luxurious facemask with LED I’m giving myself permission to slow down. Taking care of ourselves isn’t indulgent, it’s necessary. Let’s make self-care our mantra for 2025.
Speaking of self-care, I’m thrilled to share that we have some amazing new treatments lined up this year! One of them is called NeoLifting, and it’s exclusively available with Mariel. I’ve had the pleasure of trying it a few times, and let me tell you—it’s fantastic. Not only does it feel incredible, but I also looked and felt amazing afterward.
